Jill Tang is a social entrepreneur, gender diversity and inclusion advocate, community builder, and bilingual eMCEE, speaker and curator. Her passion is to inspire others through community building and story telling. As a co-founder of Ladies Who Tech, a social enterprise connects over 30,000 STEM community in China and Asia. The mission is to change the status quo and promote gender diversity and inclusion in STEM industry through recruitment, education and community building, Jill has worked with corporate role models such as Bayer, the Walt Disney, GM, Google, IKEA, PayPal, eBay, HSBC, Morgan Stanley, Adobe, SAP, ANZ, PwC, Shiseido and more. Ladies Who Tech has also worked with global conference brands like CES Asia, RISE HK, World Artificial Intelligence Conference, 2050, Mobile World Congress Shanghai and Global Future Mobility to showcase women’s achievements and contribution to STEM. It was also the finalists for 2019 Westpac Australia China Business Awards for the categories of SME and Her work has been reported by CGTN, Paper, BBC, the Guardian, Forbes China, CNN and TechNode. Jill is the finalist for 2016 Australia China Young Alumni of the year and top 100 Gen T in China by Asia Tatler in 2019. Jill holds Bachelor of Commerce from Latrobe University, Master of Applied Finance from Monash University and MBA from Melbourne Business School. Jill is also a certified from INSEAD Gender Diversity Online Program in 2019.
